At the beginning of May, City of Yarra approved the revised planning application for The Village precinct. This included the revised location for the proposed school and community facilities along with the indoor multi purpose court.
The approval of the planning permit included the following additional highlights
- Affordable Housing building design and carparking modifications to meet operators requirements
- More detailed plans and elevations showing the facades to Heidelberg Road the office, retail and apartment buildings.
- Serviced apartments
