Yarra Council has confirmed this week that they have issued the permit to begin the Boiler House demolition.

Demolition works will begin on Monday. They will be carried out by Glenvill consultants. All works will be in accordance with the Victorian OHS regulations and under guidelines set by Yarra Council. Yarra expects that local vehicle & pedestrian access will not be impacted during demolition works.

Agreed Day & Time of Works:

Monday to Friday 7:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 3:00p

The works are expected to be done progressively over the next 6 to 8 months.
